The Model OTP-RL60D is a Leather Open Top Double Pouch Belt Speed Loader. This Open Top Double Speed Loader Pouch has been made with a 2 3/4" Belt Slot and is double stitched for extra durability and reduced draw draw friction.

Originally made for S&W Model 66 with .357 Caliber Cylinders, although these will fit any K Frame .357 Cylinders.
