Returns/Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you need to make a return we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
Please read our terms and conditions:
1) Returns are accepted for up to 15 days from the time that you receive your order. Please allow time for return shipping if you are returning your item.
2) Products must be returned in the same condition as received. No items can be returned with signs of use or without all original packaging if purchased as new.
3) For custom gun orders, we only accept returns if Old Trading Post made a mistake or there are defects. Orders that you, the customer, place with incorrect instructions/info, cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
If you wish to return your order for a refund, simply follow these instructions.
1) Please ensure that all of our previous mentioned terms and conditions are met.
2) Call us for a return authorization number before returning any products
3) Check the return box on the packing slip included with your order, and place the packing slip in the box with the item you are returning.
4) Ship your order back to the address below. You can choose any shipping carrier you prefer, but please include adequate insurance in the event that the package is lost or damaged.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your order for another item, you can simply return the item for a refund following the steps above, and place a new order for the item you would like. Or, you can follow the instructions below.
Please ensure that all of our previous mentioned terms and conditions are met.
Contact us and let us know what item you would like to exchange for so that we can verify the availability of the product and issue you an RA number.
Once your RA number is obtained, check the exchange box on the packing slip provided with your order, and write your RA number on the space provided. Include the packing slip with the item you are returning for an exchange.
Ship your order back the address below. You can choose any shipping carrier you prefer, but please include adequate insurance in the event that the package is lost or damaged.
